Thermowells & Thermo Couple Components
| The thermowell and thermocouple components like stainless steel flanged thermowells, stainless steel screwed thermowell. We are used to provide an isolation between a temperature sensor and the environment, either liquid, gas or slurry. We manufacture a full line of bar stock thermowells for protection to temperature sensing elements. Bar stock thermowells are precision drilled and are checked for concentricity to provide uniform wall thickness and heat transfer. These thermowells are highly polished on the outer surfaces to provide long life. Due consideration is given to vibrational effects so that wake frequency will not equal resonance frequency of the well. Thermowells can be supplied hydrotested and radiographed as required. Our wide range of thermowells are available in screwed, flanged and welded type design. Materials of construction are mild steel. stainless steel, alloy steel, monel, hastelloy, brass, duplex, super duplex etc. |

Flanged Thermowells The flanged thermowells we offer are used to provide an isolation between a temperature sensor and the environment, either liquid, gas or slurry. Our flanged thermowells allow the temperature sensor to be removed and replaced without compromising either the ambient region or the process.
Thermo sensors offers design assistance that includes pressure, temperature and or corrosion as well as vibration effects of the fluids. This vibration can cause well stem failure.

Screwed Thermowells Our range of screwed thermowells are precision components manufactured to the highest standard from bar or forgings, to serve as protective devices for primary sensing elements of all types. Screwed thermowells are available machined either from round bar with spanner flats machined or from hexagon bar.
The connection threads can be selected to client requests in either parallel or tapered forms, conforming to API, NPT, BSP national standards. Conditions of pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance govern the size, shape and selection of materials to ensure optimum dependability, system response and accuracy of our range of screwed thermowells.
